One of our favorite spots in the city! You'll find it on the bars, dinner and brunch lists. If you are looking for a cozy neighborhood vibe this is your spot. Turn right out of the house down York Street, make your first right onto Memphis Street and 4 blocks down you'll find this hidden gem. They make their own beer - Morning Swim, Hoppy and Dark - all delicious, they also have one of the best Guinness pours in town. You'll find a red, white and bubbly wine along with a mystery wine ( don't bother asking the will not tell you what it is - you can check their instagram the following week to find out). Absolutely love sitting at the bar here. The food menu is also served at the bar, and it's first come first seated.

Head up York to the Frankford circle and keep going. The next street is Martha, turn right, and you'll see this amazing spot on the right side of the street. Absolutely love picnic. What an amazing space - with amazing drinks and food. You'll also spot this gem on several lists on the blog. But for now lets talk about the bar. Bar is first come first serve, so try to get there early to grab a spot. They have an awesome happy hour - Monday - Friday 5-6:30pm and all day on Sunday! -- $2 Oysters / $9 Wines / $5 Drafts / $9 Cocktails. Check it out for sure.

Lloyd is s super cozy chills spot about 10 minute walk from the house on Girard. They have the best happy hours going. Want an old fashioned, Negroni, Mule -- $7 not kidding. Plus a $1 off drafts and a handful of fun bars snacks as well.

Great corner Cormorant --Tin ceiling, dim lighting and good vibes. Bonus it's a 5 minute walk from the house. Head up York towards the Frankford circle and hang a left. A few blocks down you'll find this gem.
