This is a fantastic spot only a few blocks walk from the house. Head up York Street towards Frankfort circle and take a right. They have great coffee - amazing sweets made fresh daily, as well as a great savory menu.

Love this little spot on Girard. It's about a 15 minute walk from the house straight down Girard towards Frankford. They have great coffee, delicious authentic Pastéis de nata and several sandwich options to choose from. Highly Recommended.

Head up York to Frankford and take a left. About 15 minutes down you'll find LaColombe. Great if you're looking for an early or late coffee, as most of the other shops don't open till 8am, and close by 3pm. They are in a cool vaulted space with plenty of seating in the heart of Fishtown.

Head up York to Frankford and take a left. You'll find Suraya on your right hand side about 15 minutes walk. I will have Suraya on a few lists in this guide. The hours above are for the Market and Lunch/Brunch on weekends.
The Market is in the front of the restaurant and offers to go or dine in options for wonderful coffee, my favorite Chai in town, and a host of pastries and lunch items. Not to mention the interior is unbeatably beautiful, definitely worth a stop.
